Arya Bharat Sikshya Pratisthan, a Pioneer institute is going to start ahead. It is jouney to make remarkable place in the field of education. The Institute is affiliated to The West Bengal University of Teacher’s Training, Education Planning & administration, Kolkata, and run by Aalor Disha Foundation. All the members of the foundation are belonging from education sector and having higher academic qualification. Managing Committee has made all efforts to ensure that the teachers of its institution should have necessary teaching competencies and good character coupled with moral and ethical values. The Management takes necessary decisions and implements them for the betterment of the teacher education programmes run by the institution. All the faculty members are qualified, trained and proficient enough for students in a cordial manner. The teacher’s emphasis on interactive teaching through the Information Communication Technology and the students are encouraged to take up projects and other research activities. Freedom is given to the students to approach the authorities and put forth their viewpoint for the betterment of teaching learning process. For all round development of the students, various curricular and co-curricular activities are of the installation planned and implemented as per the schedule given in the academic calendar of the institution. The institution has linkage with different academic and professional bodies, schools, NGO’s for upgradation of educational programmes. Students are given effective training programmes. Students are given training in Micro teaching skills, mega teaching and simulated teaching, followed by block teaching in schools. The institution has an establishment of an imposing building spread over an area Four Bighas land, having lash green lawns. The institution has all the necessary infrastructural facilities like spacious class rooms, laboratories, fully automated library, clean water supply, electrification generator, intercom system, common auditorium, conference room, indoor and outdoor games facility both for the students and member of staff. The proper arrangement of first-aid system for immediate purpose is ready with our management. It has separate hostel facility for boys and girls. The college firmly adheres to norms and standards laid down by the State Government university and National Council for Teacher Education in the best spirit.
